(Jungmun Soodoori BoMal Kalguksu)

Nestled in the heart of Jungmun area, (Jungmun Soodoori BoMal Kalguksu) is a must-visit for a delightful breakfast experience. The restaurant specializes in 보말칼국수 (BoMal Kalguksu), a unique dish featuring hand-cut noodles made with a blend of wheat flour and bracken, giving them a distinctive chewy texture.

I ordered a bowl of 보말칼국수 and 보말죽 (BoMal Juk), a porridge made with the same unique noodles. The noodles had a slight nutty flavor from the bracken and a comforting, mild taste. The broth was flavorful without being overpowering, making it perfect for a morning meal. The combination of the chewy noodles and the hearty broth left me completely satisfied.
(SookSeongDo Sucursal principal de Jeju)

When it comes to black pork, 숙성도 (SookSeongDo) is an absolute champion. This restaurant boasts top-quality cuts of pork and an array of delectable side dishes and sauces that elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.
(SangChunJae en jeju)

If you’re craving authentic Jeju cuisine, look no further than 상춘재 (SangChunJae). Located on Jeju’s bustling Central Street, this restaurant is known for its iconic 돌솥밥 (Dolsotbap) and 고등어구이 (Grilled Mackerel).

The 돌솥밥, stone pot rice, arrives sizzling hot with crispy, golden rice at the bottom. Topped with a savory sauce, it’s a visual and flavorful delight. The grilled mackerel is another star dish—large, crispy, and succulent, it’s a true taste of Jeju’s coastal treasures.
