Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, aka the “White Spoon” chef from Black and White Chef, is one of Korea’s top names in Chinese cuisine with over 50 years of experience! He’s also the Vice President of the World Chinese Culinary Federation and heads the Korean Chinese Culinary Federation. What’s even more impressive is how he brings youthful energy to the kitchen, competing with younger chefs and showing off his adventurous spirit. One of the coolest moments?
