私たちの旅は、清渓山の緑の高台に佇む珠玉の店、李實豆腐から始まる。この豆腐専門店では、看板メニューの孔唐（コンタン）と宋豆腐で、本場の豆の味を堪能しよう。白豆と灰色豆を混ぜて作るツートンカラーの豆腐は、食欲をそそるだけでなく、豆乳をたっぷりかけて食べるとおいしさが倍増する。営業時間、定休日は不明。
