Momos Roastery & Coffee Bar (모모스 로스터리&커피바)
世界バリスタチャンピオンのチョン・ヨンジュが率いるヨンド（永島）のモモス・ロースタリー＆コーヒーバー。釜山随一の景観を誇る蓬莱洞（ポンネドン）にあるこの店は、それ自体が地元の記念碑だ。世界中のコーヒー好きな人々に釜山の素晴らしい景色を楽しんでもらいたいという思いから、コーヒー倉庫と工場を併設した。看板コーヒーの「キャンディー」は、エスプレッソミルクにオレンジジュースとピールを加えた「オレンジ」バージョンがおすすめ。
